Foundations simultaneously support program areas such as education, health, social services, training, and employment to produce positive outcomes.
Figure 2: Multiple and Liked Services
Foundations decategorize their own program areas and support linked services. This may take the form of comprehensive services at the community level or new initiatives that connect, for example, health and education or arts and education.
Figure 3: Integrated Infrastructure
Foundation begin to link service with other components to build the infrastructure for institutionalization and scale-up.
