How Neighborhood Policing is Making History in Boston

Neighborhood policing efforts in the city of Boston are helping to prevent violence. This article describes why police offers and citizens are looking to history for clues about how to cut crime. It profiles two Boston-Based programs that help new recruits think more critically about the complex relationships between communities and police.
