Academic position beginning in the Cooperative Extension Assistant Advisor rank ($38,600-$42,600), salary commensurate with experience and professional qualifications. A Master's degree in behavioral science, biological sciences (e.g., animal science, nutrition, natural resources, or environmental science), education, consumer sciences, youth or human development, or closely related field is required. Specialty and/or professional experience must provide a significant understanding of youth development, educational program design, volunteerism, and program coordination.
