ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, STAFF AND VOLUNTEER DEVELOPMENT

The California State 4-H Office is seeking applicants for the position of State 4-H Assistant Director, Staff and Volunteer Development. The Assistant Director is responsible for creating and implementing strategies and training programs to support the youth development work of volunteers and staff throughout the State of California.

Minimum of a Master’s Degree in education, youth or human development, or related field is required.

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications, within the range $54,240 to $71,592. Application packets must be received by July 8, 2002. This position will be open until filled.
