The University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE) seeks a career-track academic candidate to provide administrative oversight at the Ranch for marketing, fundraising, facilities management, staff supervision, and budget management.

• Facilitate opportunities to make educational programs and research projects available to diverse audiences; and promote educational programs.
• Promote the Ranch through marketing, partnering with communities, government agencies, and decision makers.
• Design and manage fee-based programs and support efforts of advisors, teachers, and youth-serving professionals who develop programs to promote environmental stewardship and ag literacy to be implemented at the Ranch.

Minimum of a Master's Degree with emphasis on one of the following:

• Education
• Youth development program administration
• Environmental sciences
• Ag sciences
• Facilities administration

or a related field.
